Hmmmm. From what we know so far:

The graphics on the PS3 are crisper than 360... But there is a lot of screen tearing that the 360 doesn't experience.

There are flight stick issues with the PS3 version... There are fewer problems with the 360 flight sticks.

I would say overall 360... But I am a bit biased since that is the only console I own.
