Game crashing before marridge

Hi All
I have killed Lucky James and the Kraken and everytime I am about to tell Beautiful Mirabelle I have killed them the game crashes ..everytime ...and only there in the dialogue screen ?
Is this a known issue and is there a resolution ?

you have to read the topics of this forum before you post, this is a well known bug of the game, already fixed by a patch
