I really hope they don't have a "K" model 109. Even the 109G2 was heavy, and once the 109G6 came out, the 109 ceased to be a true fighter. Sad really, but I hope that the "K" is a DLC or something, rather than actually in the original version.

The E3, F4 and G2 are listed on the website, and the K can be seen in screenshots, identifiable by its Erla canopy, smoothed over fuselage MGs, and taller rudder and distinguishable from the otherwise visually identical Bf109G10 by its retractable tail wheel.
