You have to hold the "E" key down and use the arrow keys to scroll the various actions you're allowed to do.

i am having same problem and can't fix .. even i have tried You have to hold the "E" key down and use the arrow keys to scroll the various actions you're allowed to do. Do i have to go by holding shift e or just E key.
