Thanks for the answer. That was the first thing I tried, somehow it didnt work for me. When I do the change and then restart the game, when I press the ~ key, nothing happens. No console appears. I dont know why

On my UK keyboard the tilde key is not in the same place as US keyboards. Try pressing the key under Esc (it has `¬ and ¦ on it).
