The release of the new Off-road drive on consoles is not confirmed, right now it is only posibility.

Hmm... It would definitely be nice, im looking forward to it on PC for sure! do you know if it's still in development? I haven't heard of anything about it for almost a year.

Yes, it is still in development, but even approximate release date is not announced.
