If you can do what you can do in Il2 i.e. record a track and play it back (they have to add rewind to it though!) you'll be able to do this already.
edit: Then again you already know this! Mysticpuma, did you play Forza2? They had a similar option but it uploaded the screenshots to the official website. Forza 3 will also include a full video editor as well with it which will also allow uploading to the official site, which would also be cool for Storm of War.
