Question about editing key mapping

There is only one command for an automatic gear raise in IL-2. You use the same key to raise and lower the gear.

There are two commands for manual gear up and gear down which must have joystick or keyboard commands bound to them so you can raise and lower the Wildcat and I-16 landing gear. Unfortunately you can't "trick" the game into using these two commands instead of the single command.
