perfect way is upgrade whole 109's family ... but not in nearest future ...sorry ...

My guess is because the Bf-109 models date from the original IL2 game, and might be too old to effectively upgrade.

Well, if it is too expensive to make this change, then it should remain as it is. The 109's is ok for me as it is, but I'm looking forward to the He-177 "Greif".
