Pic 1: At the start castle in Nordlig I have to make a choice about what race to have as an alliance. The alliance choice results in a 10% less leadership requirement and troops of that race for hire at the castle. Floki still has Vikings for hire, he is at a random location on Nordlig - and sometimes he is not there. On Vestlig I can hire from my alliance at King Haucks place along with Vikings in the other huts:

After leveling up, these 3 skill choices came up... what to choose??
I only have 4 Mana and 12 Rage from start as Warrior, but Learning... hm... and a Magic School. I did choose Learning, but a tough choice...
After choosing a skill I can start putting Runes in, not before.
