Thx for info. We haven't noticed any Frozen screens in all of our tests. Only errors that stops the game. It is not so much what hardware you have, but more if you have updated graphic driver and run anti-spamware software.
We have fixed a lot of the bugs that were in the WoTn game, but not all. Often it is when just entering battle, for me only once an evening. And the new building, "Hall of Heroes" on Nordlig Island can sometimes crash the game, but only upon entering.
Did you reload and try again? Hope it helps.

btw, I have no experience with Windows10. .. not sure if the beginning problems are fixed with that operational system
