So who's going to upgrade for RoF and who's still going to hold out for BoB?
I upgraded about 6 months ago, but went for a core 2 duo, rather than a quad core. It will be interesting to see how it scales across the extra cores. My upgrade path was to eventually get a Quad core, when the prices came down. Or theres aways the old fallback! To bastardise the words of Elwood, "Oh Holy Mother of Overclocking, don't fail me now!!!!" ( I can get my e8500 running at 3.6Ghz stable and over 4Ghz if I don't worry about the prime tests!) |

These are recommended settings, that means these are the stats to get the best out of the game.
If you take this list as a reason to upgrade your PC, that is either because you want to play RoF maxed out from the beginning or because you simply don't understand the difference between minimum and recommended settings. |
