Ι downloaded and played the demo!! The graphics are realy pefect that why it runs on 25 fps average on max settings 1280x1024 + 4x af + 4x aa on my athlon x2 4400+ 2gb ram and 8800gt!!
  Ιt realy looks like painkiler only with better graphics.. I would be glad if the gameplay was better.. But it is realy nice game!
