I will not be able to test the runes on level up bonus to Dulas Mystical Ball. I'm already level 60. It also has a use button, but it's unclear what that does. The info doesn't have any hint of its function, it just says dulas_mystical_ball.
runes on ball are bugged but fixed, and it shouldnt have use function; I look into it and wishing wells, portrait, many thanks Kiras.
