I've found one minor problem - one of the lights isn't working in the swimming pool. Don't know what's wrong in the other screenshot though...

Yes, but not one Two lamps on the screenshot (and two on the other side of the pool).
In general I think, that not working lamp is a normal, because some of them can be turned off (especially when there are no people in the pool). But in my opinion these lamps are too dark.

Sure! Now we are working on german military police (Feldgendarmerie).

It's very interesting! Will this be the military police of Wehrmacht or military police, subordinated to Reichssicherheitshauptamt (RSHA)? This is important because the employees of these departments dressed into the different uniform.
