I posted the same issue last month and I don't think it has been addressed yet.
http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=4961 I did try what was suggested; backing up the kb.exe pre-patch and then overwriting the patched kb.exe with the backed up one and it allows me to play fine. IT also shows the patched version in the menu screen.
