Sure! There are no winter missions in MoT.

I don't know exactly. I use wiki to get information. I think, that you need consultation of german uniform expert

Stalin pictures:
The ones in level "Wintercold" are easy to find, but in level "Payback", there should be two additional pictures of Stalin.
I only could find one, in the hut where "Heinrich Knut" is. See pic below.

The data block size for this lamp's point light was 0x69 bytes. For all others - 0x51 bytes. I think somewhere in 0x18 bytes was the reason of this bug.
