I'm afraid you're wrong, the one with blue spehere above is the tower with trapped mage. The brother lives on the west from this point, his tower is located on a small hill.

Look, you can get to his tower easily by sailing from Greenwort to Arlania by boat, disembarking on the beach to the right of the tower with the blue light on top. From the beach walk a few paces inland and turn left to the king's brother's tower. It really should not be hard to find at all!

Sorry! Of course you are right! Carl is to the right from the magic tower. It's easy to find. My bad, sorry again for the wrong info

Each spirit needs to be persuaded. Talk to them and they will tell you what they want, e.g. the first spirit wants you to do a battle with mages...

do i have to do a quest and then he'l hear voices like in the beggining or i must click on his head 8con i the Hero menu ?

and where are those 2 i asked ( Lucky something and Redbead ( or something like that )

When you 'get' the box, all 4 spirits will already be in it, just they will not let you subdue them just like that. You will have to perform certain..actions to make them follow your commands. So, get the box, present it to Darion, and talk with the spirits (lower-left corner of the character screen, just click on their portraits). I think, you can 'use' the first two ASAP, but for the last two (Lina and the 'fat guy') you will need to progress through the game some more.
The first missions to unlock the first two spirits are easy enough, don't worry
