I think that her natural hair color is black. She dyed blond when she was young girl. Blond girl rarely dyes black.

If i remember from interview they just want her to looks like Amelia from movie, there is no dye explanation but if you looking serious story game kb is not best choice

Well, at least now I know that even KB is not perfect - as it is not best "story based" game, also it does not provide "free games" style (or free move) - what remains are shacles that hold you somewhere in the middle - not best story, not best game freedom of choice.
