So you originally russian? I s there any chance on a translation?

I just know russian language. But nor russian nor english is my native language, so translation from me will be at awful quality. Most interesting thing (in my opinion) is formulas part in that manual. I can translate some parts of manual, but cannot promise much, because lack of time

I tried to convert it to html so it'll be possible to do a google translation, but nothing seem to work, ugh.

I also tried converting with a PDF to HTML conversion program - it was unable to do it. I think it's probably because of the characters in the Russian alphabet that the program can't convert.

Someone could try using a Russian PDF to HTML program and then it may be doable. Hope so because it certainly looks worthwhile.

yep - I can imagine that it is more about time than anythin else,
Most of the PDF is +1 INITIATIVE, +3 Attack...
So if anyone knowing azbuka would voulanteere for this job, we would surely love it (I deciphered many words, as I know the game little bit, but still it is pain in ass to de-azbugate it in my little head)
