You can, in demonis. Yep you could make a pretty powerful stack of spiders with 2 of those, but you'd be sacrificing 2 items slots, for a single set of spiders. Think about it first =) Demonis is reached trough the dwarven underground sea, which is in Taron(or Turon?) mines.
