4.12.2 de-bugging

P-40E fuel gauge doesnt work.
When the low fuel light goes on, the fuel gauge says its at 50%.
When running out of fuel it goes from 50% to 0.
Also the low fuel light says slo instead of low.

Yak-1B and I-16 mixture levers dont move/work.
