solved :-)

Alas, the problem is solved.

My problem was that i had two active soundcards. One on the mainboard and a Soundblaster X-Fi Xtreme in a pci Slot. After deactivating the onboardsoundcard i was able to play the game. Strange that this game is the first one with that problem
