First of all I would like to Thank Sykos for developing this fix! Merry Christmas to you and the whole forum!
To all of you who have windows 8.1 the Cloder. exe works. Just follow sykos readme file instructions pasting the extracted files to the correct folder(see the attachment). Make sure you have Steam already running beforehand! CloDer for SteamandWin8-1.jpg
