The description of the Sleep setting is not really correct. However, if you check the link, look at my post and you will see how it works.

There should be a test mission in the update showing you what the spotter does and how to use it.

Sleep is something you do in bed after a long day.

RoF is a WWI aircombat sim published by 777 studios.
