Do you mean separate install of team fusion or of malta or of redux?
if you want separate install of anything just do as in this video for malta, it would be the same to make separate install for any mod it is funny how easy once you are used to it, now I have seperate install for TF4, tf3 with redux and desaster soft, plain cliffs of dover (to make new installs if need), and for malta! crazy
