The Victoria-Station Bomber

A Dornier Do 17Z-2 (1./KG76 F1+FH, Robert Zehbe) is rammed over London by Sgt. Ray Holmes of No 504 Sqn.(P2725 TM-B), 15 September 1940.
The Do 17 crashed at Victoria Station.

Excellent major setback! Although he carefully took off the twin tails, not rammed it mid-ships.

However, to do that, he'd have had to have approached exactly like that (or from below, or the sides), aiming at the middle when twenty feet out to hit the tail.

That's a nice shot! It really looks like it is from the Med/Africa.
I like the feeling of scale in CoD. In FB/1946 the aircraft never felt they had any bulk. In CoD there is a feeling that they really are BIG.
