You do not need to install it. Just download it (the EnableHistoricalMarkings.exe file). You can leave it in your download folder or any other place on your hard drive...it doesn't matter. Double click and it will open. I think it will automatically find your main COD installation path....usually c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\ If not, just enter the path manually. Click "Enable Markings". That's it. If you ever want to disable the HK's, just run the "EnableHistoricalMarkings.exe" again and click 'disable'
