Is patch 3 all-inclusive, or...?

I'm VERY excited to hear of another potential major release sometime this summer!

The patch is also very welcome! Thank you for it!

I noticed that the patch is labeled number "3." Somehow I missed the first two - or is this third patch all-inclusive?

Someone please let me know. Thank you in advance.
