I think you should write to our support team (support@1cpublishing.eu). Maybe the problem with support of Vista 64, but I don't know for sure.

The problem is really in Vista 64, the game doesn't support it unfortunately.

Ugh this is a major bummer. Well I guess I'll just wait to purchse the game until a patch corrects this. I was really excited for this game.

That is incorrect. I've got Vista Home Premium 64 bit and the demo works like a charm. The only problem I had was the Direct X one which was fixed when I went and downloaded it.

Support and works are two different things. What he means by it doesn't support it is that they can't guarantee anything and if it doesn't work, they can't really help.

I'm getting the crash to desktop after entering the first door as well. No error message.

Athlon XP 2600+
2 gig ram
Nvidia 5900XT
Windows XP
Current on all drivers

Might have something to do with your GFX card not being able to bear the load, as far as i can see according to the only site where i can see minimum requirements, your gfx cards are too old.

You'll need something like this : Graphics: nVidia GeForce 6800 with 128 MB RAM
