Sounds like an incompatibility between this old game and nvidia drivers and/or relatively new video card. There are no problems on your old PC because ati 3450 is a much older card.

Thanks Skneasie to answer and clarify problem, how you put I thought but wasn't sure of that idea, incompatibility graphic card driver.
But curiously the oldest hard truck II previous version of King of the road hasn't graphic textures error running on Intel quadcore, nvidia gt 440 pci-e connection.
