Everything youve mentioned is bugs, no doubt.
Modelling things like retards on AA guns is not high on the priority of devs - or players. My question is... how the hell did you get the enlightened florist's dynamic campaign working? Are you running the latest patch? Mine does not load, so I chalked it up to patch broken... Cheers
