Then I look this release and 1C as professional programing studio, and question how the hell they could do something crappy like this.

can you name me one game that have players base fixing it since day of release so it`s playable. I for sure cant think of any title like that.
Players don't have to fix anything. They just seem to want to.

And of course devs are responsible for bugs. I also expect they fix them but I don't mind if they release unfinished product if they fix my product eventually.
