Lot of people have this issue. And like I said, those two friends of mine who has it didn't even notice it until I showed it to them.

Looking at your first video I can understand your frustration.

I did a check with my set-up and I have no delay at all (MSFFB stick). There was a tiny dead zone around the center position, but that was easily removed with the sensitivity controls.

I notice that your video was uploaded in January. Have you actually tested with the latest official up-date?
