Looks like there's holes in the network, some UK are ok some not, same in different countries unless those that are ok are running on cached pages.

This was posted in the SimHQ thread on the problem:
Anyone that can't log in should open their Command Prompt (under Accessories) and type: ipconfig /flushdns then press enter. Then try again. That will clear the old record for the site domain that was kicking-up the splash panel. |
