Issue resolved.

There was a new cave opening to Riftlands that I had completely missed since I just skip most of the dialogue.

After doing all the quests for King Korn a doorway will open that's inside the dwarven mines, where the ladder is (the one you can climb up). When you stand outside King Korn's castle just open your map and you should see the doorway marker called Riftlands.

Searching too some ink for the professor : I got one but destroyed it before having the quest.
