We'll i'll be damned, it worked! Removing the directory path and only using "Launcher.exe" worked! How in the hell does it know which Launcher.exe to use ?? I have several ! oh Well, doesn't matter, both cards are working .. but with little or NO performance improvements ??? Taking off with grass sprites and dust sprites still kills performance to single digits ! ??????? maybe 1C should talk to Creative Assembly (CA) of Totalwar fame, from memory, they had to rewrite low level graphics functionality to get the performance they required for many high res soldiers on the screen at once.
