Too reduce the possibility of '1-liners' which could be spam, I think that the competition advertisers should get the OK first, from the mods.. that's all.
Maybe having a competition forum section might be the way to go.

I also was just shaking the tree to see the results here - 159BAG_Civis looks to be genuine. If he didn't reply or justify then we would know it's spam
