Regarding the release of Checkertails Part 2- just an update for those interested ;)

Hi, thanks for the interest (and spotting the sig!).

The film was finished in September and this-week I have watched it twice to make sure there are no 'huge' errors, but sadly I picked up some "release candidate bugs".

So I have been spending this-week fixing them, next week I will have the final version ready (it's 15GB total as a H.264!!!) and then I need to create a compressed version that fits under 5GB for upload to Vimeo (I know I can do this ) and finally create a Dual Layer DVD image to release at the same time as links become active for the film.

Realistically I am looking at October 21st-25th....and the beast goes into the wild!

Run time is 2hrs 35 minutes. Not bad for a free Documentary done for fun....and as a hobby!

Trust me, you'll know when it gets released as I will spamming many forums

Btw as I enjoyed every minutes of the first episode I can't be more impatient than now.
