Anyway, how about showing some mockups at least of your new GUI for the sequel with any information that is "secret" removed as I'm sure that this community would love to whine about the things they don't like and hopefully give some positive feedback of the things they like? The current GUI sucks, and you know it. Some of us here actually have a lot more experience than you regarding GUI design, so consider it free consultation

If I where you I would even release a beta of the new GUI without the game executable included so people could try it out...

But, as we can't even see pictures as everything is so secret I'm just dreaming, must be that I've been hanging out at Project C.A.R.S too much... They show everything even though they have fierce competition in their niche.

Good but useless idea because I really doubt that developers are seriously interested in community feedback while developing. They are doing "their" thing and put it on the market when beeing done. Just like they did in the CloD's past.

which is a main reason why CloD is and after a year and a half remains a major disappointment on all fronts. It baffles me that folks over at MG are so indifferent to basics of business, such as concern for customer satisfaction, offering products that fill expectations, rather than pushing what you got, etc. Do they really think they can get away with treating customers like this? This is case study material for marketing students

Anyhow, I'm still hopeful that the final patch for CloD will turn this around somewhat.

But then I am not so sure. Here's hoping.

good example is the bugtracker thing. is there any evidence that developers care seriously what community have been posted there? since when does community post bugs there, collecting facts and do all the research wich normally has to be done by developers before starting the work?
