Obviously Oleg is not allowed to take part in this, we dont want him moving the release date just so he can win a T-shirt.

Very unlikely if its released through UBI.It could be done for months before they release it.

Well I was chatting to Oleg last-night on Teamspeak and he said that SoW would be out after Patch 4.09. Therefore I guess we need to find out when Patch 4.09 will be released?

BTW the above statement may not be technically accurate
