That's a different bug and it is evident on nvidia cards too, the anti three blue lines was far more obvious and definite.

They've solved it in a really interesting way, I believe it was a problem with the distant haze etc, they've faded out that haze as you approach the ground. This means you'll still get the effect if you look at a hill or something else whilst near, but not very near, the ground.
