Just to clarify for you.
Check the ram on your server !! I have had the same Java problems with ram on my dedicated server. I tried 3 types of ram until it would run with the larger maps.

Im back again with some server console screesn. Thats what i see when i try to launch the manchuria map.
Any Clues?
