Eliminating stutters and load glitches.

Just to support: Bandicam allows me to play the latest patch which otherwise stutters horribly.
This trick should be stickied in the forum, as it seems to work, is free and is very easy to test.
I use 25 fps and get a very constant rate (system specs below)
Played yesterday the heavy missions from heinkill Sealowe campaign, on high settings: no problem.
