Here are some bugs for you:

1) Random CTDs

2) Notable slowdowns of the game, usually when there are a lot of ships in the mission. Minimizing the game and maximizing it back strangely removes the slowdown.

3) Horrible pathfinding doesn't support docking very well. With some stations, you can't dock if you right-click, but instead you have to first approach it by right-clicking, then set a course that will take you next to the station so that you can dock correctly.

4) Also related to pathfinding, player's fighters will often bump into mothership causing damage to both. They sometimes get stuck bumping into the mothership and get destroyed. This was also present in the first Star Wolves but is even more often in SW2.

5) Please add a confirmation dialog for undocking from stations. Accidentally hitting 'esc' while in station makes you repeat the tedious job of docking with the station.

6) Please add an option to turn off the voice-overs. SW2 has some of the worst voice acting I've ever heard.

Add to that list a bug that makes the mission to aid the militarf against the aliens stall quire often... I have only seen the cut scene of the alien frigate entering the jump gate and blowing up two times and both time I had lost a fighter in the battle. every time I win without losing one of my ships it craps and won't progress.

Ive had a lot of bugs with star wolves 2 aswell. Game tends to freeze at random places and very often at not so random places. Sure there are some other minor issues like problems docking at stations, figthers crashing into mothership and bla bla, but those can easily be fixed by actually playing and dont happen very often, but what id really like would be for a stop to the annoying game freezes
Having to play through while saving every 5 min and always worrying in every fight that it will freeze up sucks

Should be fairly easy to convert the russian patch into english eh. Just like it should be fairly easy to make SW2: Civil War into english!!!

Another bug: In my last game I was tasked with delivering the decoded Alien transmissions to Kron Mank in the Trour system. In the meantime I picked up a Job quest that involved the same person, except in a different system. I was able to complete the first quest after finishing the second one.

Afterward, however, I kept receiving each subsequent quest twice. I.e. I had to complete each story- and job-related quest twice in a row before it got cleared from the quest log and before I was allowed to continue with the story. This was annoying but not a big deal until I got to the Email Spammers quest. The game only let me complete this quest once instead of required twice, and as a result the next quest (i.e. rendezvous with Astra in the Tarnred system) would fail to start. I am now stuck and unable to continue the game.

I've experienced the other bugs mentioned in this thread, as well.

The first Star Wolves was entertaining enough and so far the second one hasn't been bad at all, despite it's crashing all the time.

I would so much like to be able to play this game through. Unfortunately it seems impossible.

In mission 2-13 when either one of the Angorian frigates explodes, the game freezes. Ive tried a dozen or two different approaches to this but it happens _every time_. I even took a look at the scripts to see if I could change something to make it work, but since the problem propably is in an event the game calls at that point, there's nothing to be done. I also started the game all over from beginning to see if it makes any difference. It doesn't.

I've no complaints about slowdowns, the horrible voice acting or path finding problems of the ships. But if the game is actually unplayable, that's just unacceptable and totally unprofessional of the company.

on thw mission to get the equipment phantom needs from the lab assistant i had defeat msf force after wiping them out the game crashes

I heard that steam version is much more bugged than boxed. Someone on this forum said that steam version with cracked exe works much better.

btw I can help you but I need more info. Paste the LOGfile.txt and ScriptErrors.log. But the best thing would be a saved game short before the CTD. If you want, send me a PM and I'll give you my email.

Game need a pacth!!
In battle 6-10 FPS ships destroy = Game crush (freeze)

SW 1 very good
SW 2 very very veryyy bad!
