I'm also on a DX9 (vista) rig.
I assumed the patch didn't included DX9 fixes seeing no info displayed... But now that I read this, I'm gonna reinstall and look if it's got any better. I've got no hopes on it to be playable (I've got a pretty bad comp...but I bought the collector edition anyway  ), but I'm curious to see if perfs increased (I had something like 10FPS so that should be probable).Time to get out of work! I'll report when Ill be back

Damn you Steam Guard !
I tried to login to steam and it asks me for a code on a mail adress I'm not using anymore so it has been blocked by the provider. And to reopen it I need to go to another adress I don't use for a long time... Well, Steam support here I come ! See you in hell
