Ok i solved the problem
 it seems that i had diferent versions installed...duh!!One question...do i need to apply all the patchs one by one to the game or i simple need the last one??? because that was the problem with my game...in one i had a clean install and then applied the last version of the patch and on the other i was already patched the game to 2.00.11 and then applied the 2.13 one... Thanks
