Unfortunately, there is a similar situation going on in the FSX community regarding AIG's (Alpha India Group, AI) work with AI traffic, and an individual in Spain who is taking AIG's work and selling it, claiming it to be his "team's" own work. He calls it Ice AI.
The group at AIG is not happy about this and litigation has ensued.

I hope, as long as '46 is still sold in stores, 1C will go the same way. It one of the most perfid way of stealing and I bet, a lot of people of the community would like to fist-feet their oppinions right into this Yao Yao's face.

 I'm pretty sure that there's a chinese flightsim community who could adress this issue much better then we could. For example putting up latest version free to download links for UP3rc4/HSFX6/DBW1.71 to their sites would ruin this "business".
