Ukraine wasn't that bad, and England also owes a big thank you to the referee for that unseen goal scored by and kicked out by Terry from 2 m behind the line. How could the line referee not see that clear goal, is a mystery.
Same way the linesman didn't see that the Ukrainian player was clearly offside when the ball was played into the England half during the build up to it.
