I've tried all the fixes listed and I'm still getting very poor fps.

Is there anything else I could try, or anyway to downgrade to an earlier patch?

System specs:
- Win 7
- AMD Phenom II X4 955 ~3.2Ghz
- 4gb RAM
- Nvidia GTX560 Ti
